Q: How to bind the watch to smartphone?(Set Up)

Please scan the QR code in watch (Swipe down the screen and click the QR icon) to download and install the latest version app, or download it from App Store or Google Play. But don’t connect the watch via the Bluetooth pairing list of your phone.

1. Please make sure the watch has enough power, it is recommended to charge it before use.

2. Open the OnWear app, fill in your age/weight/height correctly, that would affect the accuracy of measurements. Allow the request to enable the Bluetooth function of your phone to connect the watch. (And also allow the other requests).

3. Select “Device” –> Click the “Connect Device” –> Click “Searching” to find devices –> Select “LW36” to connect. The pairing process will be finished once “Connected” appears next to the watch icon.

Then the app will automatically sync the date/time and your info.

Q: Failure to pair the watch with the app. How do I fix that?

1.If the watch can’t be found in the pairing process of the app, please turn off the Bluetooth of your phone and restart your phone, and also reset the watch (Turn on the watch –> Swipe down the screen –> Click the “Settings” icon–> “Reset”). Then open the app to try again.

2.If the watch still cannot be found after the step #1. Or the app keeps crashing, please delete the app and also delete/forget the “LW36” from the Bluetooth paired list of your phone settings. Install the OnWear app and try again.

Q: What to do if the band gets broken or the watch not hold a charge?

1. Con-tact the seller for help and lifetime after-sales service. (Go to Your Order–> Find the order ID in the list–> Click ‘Con-tact with us’)

2. The band is 22mm and can be replaced.

Q: What to do if it always get disconnected and how to reconnect?

1.Please make sure the app has the permission to keep running in the background of your smartphone, otherwise it will be refreshed by your phone to cause the disconnection.

2.If you ever connected the watch to the app before, you just need to open the app and it will automatically reconnected. Swipe down the homepage of the app to reflash and synchronize information. The maximum Bluetooth distance between watch and device is about 10 meters. If the watch is beyond the distance to cause the disconnection, and the app keeps running in the background of your phone, it will automatically reconnect when the watch back into the Bluetooth distance.
